In addition, we run basic identity and compliance checks to ensure everything is in order, including valid identification and confirmation that the developer operates as an independent professional with active commercial activity where applicable.

How do I hire a developer through Agile Talents?

The process is simple and consists of three steps:

Typically, within the first 48 hours after requirements are confirmed, we can introduce you to a vetted developer. With clear requirements, you can interview candidates quickly and start as soon as you are ready.

What working hours and time-zone overlap can we expect?

Most of our developers are based in Europe, so there is strong overlap with CET. Typical availability is aligned with standard business hours, with flexibility by agreement. Exact working hours and overlap are confirmed before the engagement starts.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

There is no minimum number of hours required. Depending on your needs, developers can work full-time, part-time, or on fixed project hours.

Do you provide a project estimate before the project begins?

Yes. On request, we can provide a project estimate before the project begins, and you will meet the developer in advance to ensure they are the right fit and fully capable of delivering the work.

How do time tracking and reporting work?

Working hours are tracked transparently and shared with you in a clear format. Depending on the setup, time can be logged in your system or in an agreed external tool. We can also support regular reporting so you have visibility into hours, progress, and any issues that need attention.

Can Agile Talents provide a full development team?

Yes. Depending on your needs, we can provide not only individual developers but also a small or broader delivery team. This can include different roles such as frontend, backend, full-stack, QA, DevOps, or project coordination.

Yes, where needed we can provide project coordination support. This can be useful if you want a single point of contact to help organize communication, priorities, and overall alignment within the team.

Pricing & Payments

How does pricing work, hourly vs monthly?

Pricing is usually based on an agreed hourly rate, combined with the expected monthly workload. This gives you flexibility while still allowing predictable budgeting. The exact setup depends on the role, seniority, and scope of the engagement.

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are defined clearly in the contract before the engagement starts. In most cases, invoicing is done monthly based on the agreed setup and approved hours or capacity. This ensures transparency and predictable financial planning on both sides.

Contract, Legal & IP

Who do I sign the contract with?

You sign the contract with Agile Talents as your contractual partner, not with the individual developer. This gives you a clear legal framework and one responsible business counterpart for the engagement.

Can we hire the developer directly later?

In principle, this can be possible by mutual agreement. If direct hiring later becomes relevant, the conditions can be defined transparently in advance so that both sides have clarity from the start.

What is the notice period, and how can we end the engagement?

The notice period is defined in the contract and can vary depending on the engagement model. If the collaboration needs to end, the process is handled through a clear contractual framework to ensure a professional and orderly transition.

HR Support & Guarantees

How do you deliver HR services and support?

We support HR by regularly checking in with both the client and the developer. We share helpful feedback on both sides so everyone stays aligned and the cooperation runs smoothly. Our usual check-in schedule is Day 1, Week 1, Month 1, and then once per month, but we can adjust it to whatever works best for you.

What guarantees do you provide?

We operate through a registered German legal entity under German law. Our strongest proof is the satisfaction of our clients and their references. By individual agreement, we can also offer a risk-free first week, allowing you to end the engagement and pay nothing if the collaboration is clearly not the right fit.

How fast can you provide a replacement?

The timing depends on the role and the project requirements, but we aim to act as quickly as possible once a replacement is needed. Because we already work with a vetted network, we can usually move much faster than a traditional hiring process.
